Jane Harper, author of bestsellers The Dry, Force of Nature and The Lost Man, has announced tour dates to discuss The Survivors with readers.

The virtual tour coincides with the Australian launch of The Survivors on September 22. The Survivors goes on sale in the UK on January 21 and the US on February 2.

A standalone mystery, The Survivors is set on the Tasmanian coast.

"The Survivors was a really fun book to write, and I loved bringing together the characters and twists and turns in this one, so I hope you enjoy it," Jane said.

"Thank you to all the booksellers and event organisers who have helped make these online events possible. Booksellers are obviously among those who have faced a challenging time lately so I'm grateful for all their efforts this year to keep us all so well-read."
